2024 official budget resources now online
List to be updated through June
The Governor transmitted his proposed 2024-25 budget plan to the Legislature, as required by the Constitution, on January 10, 2024. Almost all proposals incorporated into California state budgets are provided online or discussed in legislative hearings well in advance of enactment.

Governor’s Proposed 2024-25 Budget Bill: AB 1812 (Gabriel) and SB 917 (Skinner). The Constitution requires the Legislature’s budget committee chairs to introduce the Governor’s proposed budget bill immediately upon receipt.
