SB 101 now in print

Assuming no further substantive amendments, eligible for floor votes as soon as Friday

SB 101, the proposed 2025-26 Budget Bill, is here.

The amended bill is in print as of 2:57 a.m. on June 10, 2025. Assuming no further substantive changes, SB 101 is eligible for floor votes, first in the Assembly, as soon as Friday, June 13, 2025.

(AB 101, the mirror version of SB 101, also has been amended in the Senate, with the amended version online as of 5:26 a.m. on June 10. By custom and practice, identical versions of each budget and trailer bill are amended in each house, but only one of the versions advances to the Governor.)
