2024 budget bills enacted into law

22 budget-related bills passed in June & July, with more at end of session

Updated October 21, 2024 to add end-of-session bills.

The Assembly and Senate passed 19 budget-related bills—reflecting the June 22 budget agreement between legislative leaders and the Governor—on June 26-27 and July 1. The Governor signed some of those bills on June 29. He signed the remaining bills on July 2.

Previously, three budget-related bills passed by the Legislature on June 13 were signed by the Governor or Acting Governor on June 26 and June 27.

Additional budget-related bills were passed at the end of the two-year legislative session in August.
